<p>What a number of wannabe former smokers fail to realize, however, is that there are many quit smoking symptoms that are sure to block their efforts. The issue I observe is that majority of smokers who manage to quit smoking are taken by surprise by these quit smoking symptoms. The outcome is tragic, many of them fall back to the habit, finding comfort the familiar experience of their dangerous habit.</p>

When you stop smoking, you won&#8217;t have that &#8220;prize&#8221; to look forward to. Therefore, you&#8217;ll be less motivated to mow through the demands of your days. This is easy to remedy. Just find a new reward!</p>
<p>- The yearning for a stick will be there forever. Whenever you&#8217;re not doing anything, you&#8217;ll want to light up a cigarette. Whenever you want to concentrate, you&#8217;ll want to take a puff or two. Whenever you&#8217;re stressed, you&#8217;d want to slow down with a light. All the while, you will wait and wait and wait until the time comes when the yearning will stop. Here&#8217;s the cold fact: the yearning will never be over. It&#8217;s just something you will have to learn how to curtail. It may be very hard, but most definitely, you&#8217;re sturdier than that, right?</p>
